I recently had the pleasure of shooting an awards ceremony and dinner event at the National Museum in Edinburgh – such a stunning venue for an event! Photographing awards dinners is a real staple bit of work for an event photographer, and I usually get booked in to shoot several throughout the year in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Loads of fun to be around so many people cutting loose and having a real blow out with all their work colleagues – lots of happy faces to capture, and so totally my kind of job.
